MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT use tools from other services. ExiusCart runs an MCP server, so when you connect it, your AI can work inside your store instead of only giving advice.
MCP is for you, the seller: it lets your own AI run your store. UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol, from Google and Shopify) is for shoppers: it lets AI shopping agents find products and check out. They do different jobs and work side by side. ExiusCart supports MCP today; selling through AI shopping agents with UCP and ACP is on our roadmap.
No. You copy one link from your dashboard and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. Then you talk to it in normal words.
Claude (web and desktop) and ChatGPT, through their connectors settings. Any other app that supports MCP connectors works too, like Cursor or VS Code.
Anything big, like publishing your store, sending an email, refunding or deleting, needs your yes first. Your AI shows you exactly what will happen and waits. Our server checks this, not the AI. You can also pause or remove any app in one click.
On Growth and Scale your AI can do everything. On Launch it can look at your store (reports, orders, products) but not make changes. Connecting is free on every plan; you use your own ChatGPT or Claude account.
