Questions

What is a good profit margin for dropshipping?

Many dropshippers aim to keep 20% to 30% of the selling price after product, shipping, payment fees and ads. Below 15% there is little room for refunds or a bad ad day.

What is break-even ROAS?

The return on ad spend at which your ads exactly pay for themselves. It is your selling price divided by what is left of each sale before ads. Above it you make money, below it you lose money.

Which fees should I include?

Your payment gateway or card fee (often 2.9% to 3.9% plus about 0.30 per order) and anything else you pay per order, such as packaging or an app fee.
